IMTIAZ ACADEMY – Refund Policy
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Malaysia, your delivery Item may take longer than expected.

Damage and Issues
Please check your order after receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and fix it.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personal items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on merchandise or gift cards.
Exchange
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you own, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return to let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and send the refund as well.
